Join the BSGI for a comprehensive, practical course designed to build confidence and core competence in basic gynaecological and early pregnancy scanning.
The day will feature:
- Hands-on introduction to ultrasound machines and transvaginal scanning
- Early pregnancy assessment: normal, ectopic, and miscarriage findings
- Uterine and ovarian anatomy & pathology recognition
- Structured reporting and documentation
- Live demos and supervised scanning practice in small breakout groups
- Taught by experienced trainers in small group settings
- Supports completion of the Basic Gynaecological Ultrasound Module
