Nominations Invited For BSACP Council Vacancies

A number of positions on BSACP Council (see below) have become open for nominations. Many of these are the end of the first term of office for an incumbent and the member in post will be standing for re-election. Current BSACP members have been e-mailed details about how to apply.

All nominations are to be submitted on the approved form, with two proposers who are current, paid-up members of BSACP. BSACP Council Elections 2021 nomination form 07072021

 

Mandatory Council Positions

Co-Chair

Co-Chair (end of second term of office)

Secretary (end of second term of office)

Treasurer (position NOT vacant until 2022)

Membership Secretary

Doctor Member

Nurse/Midwife Member

Patient & Public Involvement Member

Trainee Member

Non-Clinical Member

 

Optional Council Positions

Second Nurse/Midwife Member

Ordinary Member Representative

Doctor representing the independent sector or NHS

Nurse/Midwife representing the independent sector or NHS

Crown Dependency Representative (Guernsey, Jersey or Isle of Man)

Overseas Territory Representative (e.g. Gibraltar)

 

BSACP members who wish to stand for any of these positions must submit a completed nomination form to the BSACP Administrator at admin@bsacp.org.uk by 10.00pm on Sunday 15 August 2021. A ballot will be held for those positions for which there is more than one nomination.
